Razorblade Depression

Trying to prove everything
Talking like you know
Smile as hard as anyone can smile

Doing without thinking much
Always on the go
Pushing back the visions for awhile

But the weather’s catching up with you
A storm brews on the rise
And I see razorblade depression in your eyes
The wind is kicking up a bit
It rips at your disguise
Brings out the razorblade depression in your eyes

At night alone you start to shake
It’s more than you can bear
You get ideas you think will do no harm

The walls keep pressing closer
And no one else can hear
The silent songs you play across your arm

Yeah, the weather’s catching up with you
A storm brews on the rise
And I see razorblade depression in your eyes
The wind is kicking up a bit
It rips at your disguise
Brings out the razorblade depression in your eyes
Brings out the razorblade depression in your eyes
